My Mission

As a health educator and pain relief specialist, my mission is to make each client feel relief from the aches, pains, and stresses of life they are experiencing. I want each client to leave feeling better. I want to encourage healthy habits and help see improvement in pain and range of motion issues. Lastly, I want to provide a team effort for self care.

Experienced Knowledge

I will assess your needs so I can provide the care you need. I have three years of experience. I obtained my certificate from National Holistic Institute in 2017. I have worked in a chiropractor’s office and a spa, gaining more knowledge in each! I have gone to additional training for Cupping, Kinesiology taping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, neck pain massage techniques, techniques for low back pain, and more. I have had my own business in town since May 2019. I am constantly searching for more education. I feel that there is always more to know about the human body and I want to continue to grow and expand to help the needs of my clients. I am also very familiar with the movements of the body because I exercise regularly, lift weights, and practice yoga and stretching daily.
