Self-care is different for everyone. What is self-care to you? What do you practice? What do you feel like doing?
To me self-care is all about doing what makes you happy inside and out. It’s what makes your body feel good! It’s giving your body the love it deserves.
I enjoy many different ways to give my body the care it needs and deserves. I choose to workout 4-6 times a week. I also love yoga and practice stretching daily, because my body loves that! I get outside as much as possible with my son. I find Whiskeytown Lake, waterfalls around the area, and the hikes and camping all around very healing for my soul. Nature is incredible! I love food and love to nourish it as much as I can with healthy foods! I also receive massage frequently, a couple of times a month. I also visit my chiropractor regularly! I need my body to be the best it can be so I can give 100% to my clients! I have to be feeling good in order to make my clients feel better.
