Late Cancellation and No Show Policy
It is respectfully required that you provide me with at least 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. More than 24 hours is greatly appreciated! Any cancelled appointments after the 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee the first session and 100% of the service fee each cancelled session after. I reserve the right to remove you from the schedule for repeated cancellations.
A “No Show” appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service. I reserve the right to require prepayment given to book future appointments so that appropriate fees may be charged if a Late Cancellation/No show does occur. Future appointments will not be scheduled until all charges are paid in full. I also reserve the right to remove you from the schedule for repeated “No shows.”
If a Gift Certificate is being used or on file, service fees will come out of the Gift Certificate amount.
Late Arrival Policy – It is required that you arrive on time to your appointment. Arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage, your session will end at the scheduled time. If you are later than 15 minutes, a possible cancellation of session, depending on length of session. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival.
